Members Draw.

Rules and Terms

  1. THE MEMBERS DRAW WILL START AT $200

  2. THE DRAW WILL BE HELD EVERY THURSDAY AT 6PM

  3. THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE DRAW IN THE ALLOCATED TIME SLOT

  4. ALL FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF ALDER PARK SPORTS CLUB WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAW

  5. THE DRAW WILL BE CONDUCTED USING THE SPORTS CLUB MEMBERS NUMBER, THE MEMBERS NUMBER IS DRAWN VIA THE CLUBS INTEGRATED MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM WHICH IS UPDATED WEEKLY

  6. THE MEMBER HAS THREE MINUTES TO PRESENT TO THE PERSON CONDUCTING THE DRAW

  7. THE WINNING MEMBER MUST BE ON THE CLUB PREMISES AT THE TIME OF THE DRAW AND HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH THEM TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE

  8. THE MEMBERS DRAW WILL INCREASE IN INCREMENTS OF $25/WEEK

  9. THE PRIZE POOL IS CAPPED AT $2000

Upon the prize pool reaching the $2000 cap, the following procedure will be followed to identify a winner:

  • For the week leading up the major prize, the club will promote within the club and online

  • Two (2) Board members are responsible for overseeing the members draw

  • From 6pm, a number will be drawn every twenty minutes for one (1) hour (i.e. 3 draws in total - 6:00pm, 6:20pm, and 6:40pm)

  • If a winner has not been identified within this period, the draw will take place again the following Thursday at 6pm

  • The procedure above will be repeated until a winner is identified

  • Until a winner is identified, the prize pool does not increase beyond the cap of $2000.
